## Shipping Costs
**Shipping is free on every order**, to all destinations, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
## Customs and Duties (Non-EU Destinations)
For orders shipped **outside the European Union** — the **United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States** — your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs charges.
## Order Issues
- **Lost or stuck in transit:** If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email **info@cerinhouse.com** with your order number and we'll investigate.
- **Wrong address:** Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at **info@cerinhouse.com**. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.
- **Failed delivery / unclaimed parcel:** If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund minus return costs.
